General Terms of Sale Good Life Inspires

This terms of sale agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Good Life Inspires ("Licensor") and the individual or entity purchasing digital products, services, and goods from Licensor ("Licensee").

1. Non-Refundable Digital Products

All digital product, service, and goods sales are final. Licensor does not offer refunds for digital products. Licensee is advised to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

2. Product Labeling

Each digital product will be labeled with specific licensing agreements regarding reselling and modification. The following licensing terms apply:

a. Master Resell Rights (MRR)

i. Licensee has the right to resell the product.

ii. Licensee may also grant customers the right to resell the product.

b. Resell Rights (RR)

i. Licensee has the right to resell the product.

ii. Reselling rights are limited to end-users, and customers do not have the right to resell.

c. Private Label Rights (PLR)

i. Licensee has the right to modify, brand, and sell the product as their own.

ii. Licensee may grant customers the right to resell the modified product.

d. No Resell Rights

i. These are free products to educate our customers and is only for personal use.

3. Restrictions

a. Licensee shall not resell or distribute the original, unmodified product under any circumstances.

b. Licensee cannot claim authorship of the original product.

4. Liabilities

Licensor is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the use, resale, or modification of the products. Licensee assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws.

5. Indemnification

Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Licensee's use, resale, or modification of the products.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

7. Amendments

Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Licensor and Licensee and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

By purchasing and using our digital products, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Licensing Agreement.
